We are self confessed pizza geeks who create wood fired, sourdough pizza using quality, fresh, Simple ingredients. Find us out and about at festivals, markets & fairs, or book us for your very own party!
Our pizza dough is made using a slow proofing method (minimum 24 hours) using our sourdough starter. This gives a depth of flavour you can't recreate without passion and patience!
They are then blasted in our custom built oven which reaches temperatures in excess of 450 degrees C.
This results in the most delicious charred crust which melts in the mouth.
We are proud to work with local suppliers who work tirelesly to source the very best ingredients for us enabling us to stand out from the crowd, from the essential Caputo flour to the 'Nduja' spicy Italian sausage which regularly makes an appearance on our menu.
